Combinations
Adding things together, or essentially combinations can create interesting ideas off things that have already been made. Even if one of the object means something by itself, by adding another object to it creates a different story that I think deserves a lot of respect than what people give it.
Its essentially the same idea as collage, but the way people treat both is very much like night and day.

Car Halo Helmet Mask Headphone |
Starting off with a more complex combination of parts. (Totaling of 5 3D object meshed together)
Reasons why I used these is because it fits perfectly! Albeit not having any usage, but it looks as if its normal. I started with a plane I found, then decided that its going to be a flying car plane, but it was too simple if I left it as is, so I added the mask, then the helmet to fill a missing void at the top and I added a headphone to finish it off, which ended up with more of a head than an object.
I personally think the reason why I picked these is just because it looks good together!
Crab Hand |
This one's more of a goofy creation that popped up to my head. "What if instead of claws, crabs has hands?" and so I fulfilled my curiosity and created a very unnecessary creature that will haunt me for the rest of my life.
Arrow Point |
Outhouse Bulb |
The light bulb in the outhouse. The bulb can be seen as a person in this combination. This can also enforce a title pun such as "the light house" which is perfect.
I chose this combination because the light bulb can fit easily inside the hole inside the outhouse.
Chopstick PistonHead |
Piston head and chopstick.
I chose this combination because I wanted the chopstick to be rendered unusable in the real world.
Bullet Fist |
I decided to add a fist in a bullet casing. I think it work awesomely, and both a fist and the copper bullet can be used to harm others, which really connected to me when I combined these two.
Knife V8 Transmission Differential Fan |
Here's another complex combination.
I added pretty much everything that powers a car to move such as the engine, transmission, and differential to create this useless but function kind of combination. The other parts are a hobby knife and a computer fan.
I added these together to create a sense of functionality whereas the engine powers the fan to spin using a throttle control on the underside of the handle.
Cat Can |
Just a cat head attached to a gasoline can.
Not a lot of thought went to it except for that I wanted something to pop out of the hole of the can itself.
Cart Wings |
I decided to add wings to a shopping cart to see how good it would look and was pretty satisfied with the end result of the combination.
Both 3D objects are mobility objects, so I decided to add the two together that can be seen as "the freedom of shopping".
Gloves Cog |
Boxing gloves with cogs going through them.
In boxing, pretty much these gloves will move in a very repetitive fashion that can be compared with the cogs in which does the same thing over and over again to get the job done. Although, I think this could've done better, but I think it worked out in the end.
